Lucas Caire da Silva, Assistant Professor at McGill University, has been chosen by the International Organizing Committee of the International Symposium on Polyelectrolytes to deliver the inaugural Paul Dubin Early Career Award Lecture at the 2025 ISP conference at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) in Campinas, Brazil, from July 13th - July 18th, 2025.
This award is presented in recognition of outstanding research accomplishments by early-career scientists working in the field of polyelectrolytes. The award was established in memory of Prof. Paul Dubin and his contributions to the field of polyelectrolytes. Prof Dubin was one of the founders of the International Symposium on Polyelectrolytes and was instrumental in building the momentum that the symposium series now enjoys.
